The Company will contribute toward the KLFN Community in amounts based on a percentage of its exploration expenditures on the mining claims within the traditional lands of the KLFN. Rencore will, subject to all regulatory approvals, issue warrants to purchase common shares of each Company to KLFN at the greater of 13 cents or the market price on the day before announcing the agreement.
